What Constitutes a "Street Maintenance Project"

I looked at the street maintenance project data and I don't see a repair the city did in front of my house. It was a rather large day long project that involved several entities but it's not on the list. This list looks more like resurfacing than all repair projects such as potholes. Can someone please confirm the contents of this dataset?

  Jim,

  The list provided only has streets that are included on an active resurfacing project or planned to be resurfaced in the near future. The list does not include potholes, isolated or emergency repairs. Thanks
