Submitting a multiplatform mobile application as a team?

If a team chooses to submit a "multi-platform" mobile application that is in the form of both a native iOS app and a native Android app, do those need to be submitted as 2 different submissions? and if so, will they be judged separately?

Will the use of a different OS make the app "substantially different" from the other submission if submitted by the same developer?

    Hi Adam,

    You should enter the multi-platform mobile application as one submission and indicate that it's for both iOS and Android. It will be judged as one submission.
