About the submission order.

When I submitted my app FunDiego yesterday I was application number 50 something. Later in the afternoon I logged and checked my submission and I was bumped to application 60 something. In the evening I logged back in and was application number 70 something!

Does the system automatically re-save your submission every time you look at it and subsequently moves you to the back of the line?
