When is it safe to publish the update to the apps?

It would be great to know when we can update the app participating in this challenge. Would it be the end of judging period 05/23/2012? Thank you very much for the clarification.

    Hi Somesh,

    Thanks for writing. Yes, you can update your app once the judging period is over but please note that the judging period can be extended at the discretion of the City of San Diego. Please check back on 5/23 to confirm before releasing your update.

    It looks like the judging period was extended until May 30th. Should we wait until then to release updates?
